Guide to the Between Breaths Meditation

A pathway to the sacred pause where consciousness meets the infinite

Hi I’m Michael and I’m honored to be your guide on this journey into the quantum field.

The secret here is to approach this with “intention” to have an experience in the field.

Remember, you open doors through imagination.

Intention is the fuel, imagination is the gateway.

Don’t just lay there waiting for an experience, actively imagine it.

Here is some more guidance to help you get the most out of the Between Breaths Meditation.

Create a Sacred, Safe Space

Find a quiet plave where you will not be disturbed for at least 30 minutes.

Lie down comfortably on your bed, a yoga mat, or soft surface – this position allows deeper relaxation than sitting…just be careful not to fall asleep.

Dim the lights or close curtains to minimize visual distractions.

Turn off devices or set them to silent mode….this is a must, you don’t want to be interupted just as you get started.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your breathing.

The Art of Entering the Pause

Close your eyes gently and listen to my voice.

Release your tension… Start with your legs, then arms, then neck – imagine tension melting away like snow in spring sunshine

Breathe consciously…In through the nose (receiving life), out through the mouth (releasing what no longer serves)

Allow your body to become heavy…peaceful…

Discovering the Sacred Pause

After each exhale, before the urge to inhale returns, there exists a sacred space, simply rest in this natural pause for a few comfortable seconds.

Your body knows how long to pause… honor its wisdom

As you pause, visualize your true self, the “I Am” …gently releasing from your physical body.

See (imagine) yourself drifting deeper into this timeless space with each exhale

The Deep Journey

Go progressively deeper with each pause, floating through space.

Remember imagination is the key.

Embrace the nothingness, this is not emptiness but fullness beyond form.

Rest in pure being…Remember you are consciousness experiencing itself.

Upon awakening reflect on your experience.

Be patient, the pause may feel elusive at first; this is natural.

What You May Experience:

  • Profound stillness that transcends ordinary relaxation
  • Expanded awareness beyond the boundaries of your physical body
  • Timelessness – minutes may feel like hours or seconds
  • Deep healing as your nervous system enters profound rest
  • Clarity and insight emerging from the silence

The Therapeutic Benefits:

  • Nervous system reset – activating the parasympathetic response
  • Stress dissolution – releasing accumulated tension and worry
  • Enhanced intuition – accessing wisdom beyond rational thought
  • Emotional healing – allowing buried feelings to surface and release
  • Spiritual connection – touching the infinite within yourself

The Philosophical Understanding

This meditation is not escape from life, but deeper entry into it.

In the pause between breaths, you touch the source from which all breath arises – the unchanging awareness that witnesses all of your experience.

In the sacred void, healing happens naturally, wisdom emerges spontaneously, and you remember your true nature as consciousness itself.

Through regular practice, you develop the ability to access this profound peace anytime, carrying its stillness into your daily activities.

Remember: You are not learning something new, but remembering something ancient – the art of simply being.

Namaste,

Michael
