Step 2 – The Road Between The Hypothalamus And The Pituitary
GnRH is secreted by neurons in the hypothalamus and travels to the pituitary through a very short, specialized blood vessel network called the hypothalamic-hypophyseal portal system.
Direct complications during transport are rare unless there’s vascular or structural damage however EDCs can change the pituitary gland’s sensitivity to GnRH.
This means that even if a normal amount of GnRH arrives, the anterior pituitary may not respond.
Step 3 – The Pituitary Gland

This binding causes the receptor to change shape, kind of like how a lock mechanism moves when you turn the right key.
This change kicks off heat shock proteins that were previously keeping the receptor “turned off,” essentially activating the system.
The dangers here that could prevent our cells from receiving their masculinizing program are at the epigenetic level.
DNA methylation is one of the most important epigenetic roadblocks.

Testosterone Warrior Mindset (1 hour 18 minutes)
This is where we depart from the standard tetosterone protocols found all over the Internet.
According to the Dual Theory of Mind, humans operate from two distinct levels of mind: a lower, automatic, and more robotic state; and a conscious, deliberate state that accesses higher cognitive functions.
Ideally, we are able to flow or “switch” dynamically between these two states however due to many of the same reasons our endocrine system becomes dysfunctional so does this switching mechanism.
This can keep you in a lower cognitive state of function.
A condition that is becoming widespread in our society today and men who suffer from it will never have natural, healthy levels of testosterone.
Digital Amnesia
The main objective of audio 6 is to make you aware of how diminished System 2 function effects your endocrine system and it’s ability to produce natural, healthy levels of testosterone.
While I present some of the most dangerous forces attacking our cognitive function today, the list is far from being all inclusive.

Digital Amnesia
Another high level threat to our mental and physical health is something called digital amnesia.
Constant digital stimulation like endless scrolling, algorithm-fed content, and dopamine-driven notifications is training your brain to exist in a state of perpetual distraction.
The nervous system becomes dysregulated, oscillating between apathy caused by overload and boredom and agitation caused by overstimulation and novelty chasing.
In this state, the brain struggles to form long-term memories or develop a stable, coherent sense of self.
This condition is increasingly referred to as digital amnesia, the condition where people can’t remember information because they unconsciously outsource memory to devices.
The implications of digital amnesia extend far beyond simply forgetting phone numbers or directions.
When your mind is constantly hijacked by notifications, likes, and personalized feeds, your ability to integrate experiences into a meaningful internal narrative is compromised.
Without memory, there’s no identity.
And into that vacuum, algorithms install a new one.
Social media platforms don’t just track your behavior, they shape it, nudging you toward values, opinions, and habits that align with engagement metrics, not your authentic self.
It is a sinister machine that constantly erodes our System 2 functionality while simultaneously reinforcing the zombie-mode behaviors of System 1 thinking.
You slowly stop asking, “Who am I?” and start becoming what the feed reflects back to you, someone fragmented, reactive, and easily influenced.
When we consistently rely on digital devices to store information, we weaken the neural pathways responsible for deep learning and long-term memory consolidation.
The homeostasis craving brain, following the principle of “use it or lose it,” begins to allocate fewer resources to memory formation when it perceives that information storage is being handled externally.
If you are attempting to adopt a new pro-testosterone lifestyle, digital amnesia adds another threat to your mindset.
Digital Amnesia Undermines Habit Formation
To form a new lifestyle, your brain needs repetition, presence, and memory but constant digital input hijacks attention and short-circuits the brain’s ability to encode new habits into long-term memory.
This causes you to keep starting over, not because you’re lazy, but because your brain is having difficulty integrating the change.
Identity Disruption Creates Internal Conflict

We spend the majority of our adult lives acting out repetitive programs that run automatically in our minds, many of which that were placed there by others and will continue to be influenced by others unless we take back control.

What is the "Automatic Mind?"
Throughout Testosterone Warrior Mindset I often refer to the “automatic mind” which is a part of you that will eventually take over and completely run your life, if you let it.
What I call the automatic mind is your nervous system combined with your subconscious or what neuroscience refers to as our automatic, implicit, non-conscious systems.
These include the habit system (basal ganglia), implicit memory systems, emotional salience networks (like the amygdala), and the default mode network (DMN).
The automatic mind shapes our behavior and how we perceive reality.
The nervous system part of your automatic mind is an antenna that represents you in the so-called quantum field of Life.
Your antenna sends out energy stimulating the Field which attracts back like energy.
The automatic neural system part of your automatic mind programs the frequencies your antenna broadcasts.
The automatic mind manifests your life, not the conscious mind and all change happens by changing the automatic neural system which adjusts the frequencies your quantum antenna sends and receives.
You tune the frequencies your automatic mind broadcasts through effort of the conscious mind.
If you don’t, repetitious patterns of past experiences will.

This Motitation is a compact, 15 minute lesson you listen to repeatedly until you are proficient with the mental tool that it teaches.
Many people go though life with no guard at the gates of their automatic mind, never evaluating the origin and usefulness of the thoughts that come from it.

Policing and guiding your thoughts
The most effective mind tool you can develop to break System 1 behavior is metacognition, a form of self reflection.
Metacognition is a System 2 function.
Metacognition simply means thinking about your thinking and is the perquisite for all other mind tools.
It’s the conscious spotlight that lets you catch System 1 in action, interrupt it, and redirect your thinking toward more thoughtful, rational, intentional choices.
It’s about using your conscious awareness to observe and objectively evaluate your automatic thinking patterns and mental processes.
As we know now, automatic programs run our lives and most often we have no idea how they got there.
We are looking for not only the mechanics of System 1 thought like a snap judgment or automatic lazy thought but also the content of that thought so you can analyze the validity of it, and change it if needed.
Let me give a quick simple example.
When I was young there was this actor that I always disliked even though I enjoyed his movies.
One day, I asked myself why do I dislike this guy?
The answer was, when I was very young I remember how my mother always said how she disliked this actor so I just inherited that belief.
Mom didn’t like him for whatever reason…. so I didn’t either.
After I realized this, I changed that faulty belief and the actor became one of my favorites and I liked him a lot.
At the time I used metacognition without even knowing what it was.
This is a simple example of a serious phenomenon that we experience each day.
We judge, we make decisions and we see life through the lens of old outdated and faulty thinking and beliefs.
It also reflects how System 1 presents us thoughts that we automatically accept without question and believe to be true when in fact they may not be.
You want to question your thought especially the ones that might be giving you problems in life.
You want to catch when you engage in System 1 thinking but also the content of the thoughts it presents.
Why do I think this way?
Why do I feel this way?
Where does this belief come?
Why am I choosing this?
This allows you discard old beliefs and consciously choose new thoughts that align with your goals and prevents automatic thinking from running your life on the repeating patterns of your past.
Just like I did in the story above.
Remember, just because you think it, doesn’t mean it’s true and the more you start to understand the nature of life the more you will see the fragile nature of our preconceived perception of reality.
I’ve had an interest in the global power structures, social engineering and mind control for nearly 30 years.
You need to understand that there really are entities working 24/7/365 to shape your perception which causes you to think, act and feel the way THEY want you to think, act and feel.

A simple and extremely effective way to use metacognition and catch your automatic reactive thinking is as you go about your day and something triggers you, immediately PAUSE and ask…
What emotion am I feeling – anger, sadness, or fear?
Reflect and ask yourself: “How would I prefer to feel about this?”
So…
Any trigger → Pause → Question → Reflect by focusing on the desired experience.
I personally use this all the time when I find myself of on the cusp of an automatic reaction by simply PAUSING and then asking…
WHAT’S THE BEST LOGICAL ACTION TO TAKE HERE?
Reflecting a bit and then proceeding.
Pause → Question → Reflect is a simple and powerful tool for exercising System 2 skills.
Stop letting System 1 make your decisions, activate System 2 by pausing, analyzing and then deciding.
This is a tool you can use not only with triggers but also to identify homeostatic System 1 thinking and then overriding those lazy quick-fix behaviors with System 2 logic.
We can supercharge this technique with Socratic questioning.
Socratic questioning involves systematically interrogating your own beliefs, assumptions, and reasoning through a series of probing questions.
This ancient practice, inspired by Socrates’ method of inquiry, helps you dig deeper into the foundations of your thinking and uncover hidden assumptions or logical inconsistencies.
The power of Socratic questioning lies in its ability to reveal the often-unconscious homeostatic premises underlying your thoughts and decisions.
Questions like…
“What evidence supports this belief?”
“What are the implications of this assumption?”
“Where does this belief come from?”
“How might someone with a different perspective view this?”
“What questions does this raise?”
…force you to examine your thinking from multiple angles.
