Motitations are based on the concept of mind code.
From the moment of birth we begin collecting data through our senses storing it what many philosophies refer to as the subconscious mind.
Neuroscience describes this as the automatic neural network made up of brain systems like the basal ganglia, the default mode network, and the posterior cortex, which allow us to act and interpret the world efficiently without active effort.
I call it the automatic mind.
When the information in your mental archives is pieced or strung together compelling action, creating meaning or conjuring emotion, it becomes a mind code.
Most of the time these run below our awareness, driving our automatic actions, encouraging our habits and reinforcing our biases.
The automatic mind is like a computer that runs strings of this code past your awareness creating a lens through which we perceive the world.
It’s what you use to describe to yourself who you are, what you are, where you are and why you are.
Without the “mind codes” stored in your automatic mind you would have no identity, no values, no memories, no opinions…you would literally be a new born baby.
The automatic mind executing this code influences your thoughts, your words and your actions.
Mind code looping between your automatic mind and your awareness can become both your anxiety and your ambition.
Mind code looping between your automatic mind and your body greatly influence your state of health.
Mental healing takes place in the code of the automatic mind not at the conscious level.
All behavioral change takes place in this automatic mind because that’s where all the automatic programs that run your human machine are operating.

Your relationships, health, happiness, success and every other metric of your life is determined by the quality of the strings of mind code that exist in your automatic mind because we experience about 90% of our lives through this mind, completely on automatic.
Some people have discovered how the other 10% can be used by the conscious, intentional mind to program the automatic mind in a way that makes life automatically more productive, more successful and more fulfilling.

Motitations are mind code you strategically implant into your automatic mind using the mental tools of your conscious mind like intention, attention and reflection.
The first Motitations at AudioTEACH are based in New Thought, an empowering “mind” philosophy that was popular in the first part of the 20th century.
Thoughts really are things and we become a product of our predominant thoughts so start “thinking” about your thoughts and start introducing high quality, life enhancing thoughts into your thinking.
A secret to Motitations lies in their simplicity but to think of them as child-like or silly, is completely missing the point.
Unlike affirmations that try to trick your highly intelligent higher self with I am this, I am that statements it knows aren’t true, Motitations use positive statements that are easy to agree with which means it’s more probable your automatic mind will accept it and once it does, it will become a part of you.
You should listen to a Motitation until the new neural pathways in your brain are deep enough that you begin to automatically express the behavior, without thinking about it.
Remember, you have to use them REPEATEDLY with INTENTION while REFLECTING on the meaning.
